A.C.E.R. Agencia Literaria is one of the most prestigious and longest-established literary agencies in Spain.  Founded in 1959, A.C.E.R. works in both fiction and non-fiction and represents international publishers, literary agents and authors for selling their works into Spanish and Portuguese languages throughout the world. The agency represents mainly American, British, French and German publishers for selling into Spanish and Portuguese.  A.C.E.R. also represents authors primarily of native Spanish language, for selling their works abroad.

The co-directors of A.C.E.R. are Elizabeth Atkins and Catherine Passion. Elizabeth represents publishers and agents from the United States and the United Kingdom for selling their works into Spain, Portugal, Brazil, Mexico and the rest of Latin America. Catherine heads the German and French departments and sells to the same territories.
